Thanks for participating in Play Vic Week

“Play VIC Week” was an incredible success and our thanks to all  the Stations that participated. There were some amazing things done including researching Victorian musicians from different music genres, going through the Station music library to find the CDs and records by Victorian musicians to help presenters choose some, interviews with musicians and music industry people, of course playing lots of songs and plenty of music live to air. A large number of singers and bands sent details to CBAV which were passed on to Stations. An interesting and pleasing development was the quite strong support given to musicians and bands from within a Stations own listening area and even discovering talent you didn’t know was there. CBAV is exploring some funding opportunities to help make PVW bigger and better next year and welcomes any feedback, comments or suggestions and any photos from this year’s event.
